I am having issues with my 88 Ford F-250 camber. It is a 2wd Twin I Beam suspension. Standing in front of truck with someone else driving I can see the camber move to exessive positive while in reverse and as the truck moves forward it moves to exessive negative camber. I have replaced the ball joints, upper and lower, wheel bearings, shocks, and springs. Have seen some improvment but truck is still not drivable. Any suggjestions?

The inner portion of the I beam pivots on a rubber bushing. Were you able to check those bushings for looseness/wear ? Also the strut bushings may be allowing the spindle to move excessively and giving the appearance the spindle is moving in and out.

There should be very little if any wear visible with the radius(strut) bushings. Any looseness there should be repaired. What you have to watch for is, if the rod portion of the rod has worn into the hanger and elongated the hole. If that has happened it needs to be corrected because the bushings will not correct any looseness there.
