Default 1993 Ford F-250: How should I slap the grease around the front wheel bearings?

I recently read a 1993 Motor Manual which seems to suggest that I fill the entire space in the hub between the inner and outer bearings. It reads: "Fill the hub until the grease is flush with the inside diameters of both bearing races".

I've never seen it done this way, just some grease generously packed near the bearings. I know it's not expensive but is it a waste of grease? Buy the way, I use Stalube Multi-Purpose Moly Grease.

Okay I have noticed this myself, and your correct the grease between the bearing if a #2 grade does not move stays in the wheel hub and never moves,

99.9 % useless, may get a little oil separation from the grease between the the bearings ,, to lube,

Anyways Read F250 Frt axle thread, here in this section, its a 1971 but the wheel bearings and how to grease them has not changed,

With a fluid lube it will move around and do some good,,,

Dont bother with the #2 grade grease,

Here is the link to a page back or so,, this old school "Proper lube" from Ford, really the way to go,
