Default 1994 f350 351w, out of time ping/loss of power??

I have a 94 f350 351w, a couple months prior to this issue I’m having I blew a head gasket and had them replaced, drove it hard for a couple months then started to have problems. First symptoms I had was it would randomly start idling high after driving like it had a vaccum leak but only did it every other time you drove it. It’s now started having an out of time ping to it that only happens when in the throttle and proceeds to get worse the harder you run it also followed by a loss of power. Truck will start up easy and idle fine, only acts up when you drive it. Any input would be appreciated!!!!! I posted receipts below of what all has been replaced on the truck within the last couple years to maybe help narrow it down

Looking at that/those invoices , my first suggestion find another shop.

Who is doing the repairs now ?
Did this truck ever run right ?
Those trucks were tough and provided good service if well maintained.
A thorough check of the various systems needs to be done. So much has been worked on we have no idea where to start.

Over advanced ign timing can produce ping and so can poor quality fuel.
Sometimes we get lucky and only a few items require attention, but here so many things were disturbed the only way is to start with basic checks and go from there.
