Default 1994 ford f250 few questions

I just bought a 1994 ford f250 7.5 auto 4x4.I plan on changing wires, plugs, cap and rotor and fuel filter and air filter.First question is what weight for the diff fluid do i need for the front and rear diff.I am not sure how much fluid i will need for the transmission.I think i got e40d.Its got the over drive push button on shifter. And i heard gas millage isnt to good for the 460.

The trans will take 14 quarts,,,,,,if you drain the pan and the torque converter which has a drain plug for those years. On the bottom of the trans bell housing there is a rubber plug that you can remove to see the plug if you turn the flywheel by hand. They did have a healthy appetite and how you drive it will help get the best MPG. Some used gear lube 85W90 and some used 85W140.
The synthetic lube would be 75W90 or 75W140.
