1996 f350 4 way flashers not working

1996 f350 4 way flashers not working

Marker brake and turn all work but no 4 way. Does this truck have a separate flasher for 4 ways ? If so where is it ?

It is usually located on the back of the fuse block behind the signal lite flasher.
