Default 1997 f250 seems like its having a misfire shake at low rpm between 45 and 55

Truck starts and idles fine drives ok until about 45 when it shifts at a low rpm it wants to shake like a misfire, but if you were speeding past that point there is no shake. I have changed the spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, button , ignition coil, map sensor o2 sensor and it still does it. Any ideas would help thanks in advance.

Are you sure it isn't a problem with a questionable U-Joint in the driveline?

I got under the truck and nothing is loose. It only happens right after a shift at low rpm. If I left off it stops and let it down shift it drives fine through it just won't ride at like 48 mph without engine shake.

If you power brake the engine in gear at different throttle positions and the engine starts to break down, I would agree , an engine problem. If you cannot get the engine to misfire or break down power braking it , then I would suspect a driveline problem.

Ok I will give it a try. I just had brand new tires ball joints and an alignment done 2 weeks ago. Where should I start at.? When it starts shaking it feels like a misfire cause pushing the gas doesn't help

How about if you bring us up to speed ?
Was the problem present before you had tires, ball joints and alignment done?
