I have a 97 7.3 dually. Long story short the axel is shot. I have a axel out of a 1997 e350 dually that was previously a ambulance. Will this axel fit in my truck

 

Not enough info.
Are we talking front axle assy or rear axle assy ?
If rear, is it the axle or axle housing?
If axle , driver's side could be longer/shorter than pass side.
If possible get axle code from driver's door sticker of both vehicles. They could be different.

 

Rear axel. Don't have the ambulance anymore only the axel. They are both dual wheeled and I just want to know if it will bolt up
