Default 2000 F250 Super Duty wiper issue

Hello
The windshield wipers quit working all of the sudden. Ck the fuse, it's ok. Thinking there must be something wrong with the switching on the wiper/signal arm, I changed that. Still no wipers. However, I discovered the wipers work perfectly when the key is in the ACC position. Am I looking at replacing this;
Amazon.com: X AUTOHAUX Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder with Key 1F2009012B 1L3Z11582A Replace for Ford F-150 1996-2004 for Ford F-250 1996-2007 : Automotive Amazon.com: X AUTOHAUX Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder with Key 1F2009012B 1L3Z11582A Replace for Ford F-150 1996-2004 for Ford F-250 1996-2007 : Automotive
, or should I look at something else? Thanks

Don't buy the ignition lock cylinder switch.
What's your engine size, 5.4 or 6.8 or 7.3?
When it's not working have you tried the washer only? How about the rear wiper?

Got it fixed. It was the ignition switch in the fuse panel. The wipers would not work with the key in ON, but they would work when the key was in the ACC position.
