Angry 2001 Ford E-350 Electrical problems

i have a rather puzzling issue going on with my truck i just pruchased couple days ago.

1. the auto door locks dosent work there is no power

2. the fuse is in tact however there is no power to that side of the fuse box i tested with a 12v tester basically half of the fuse box has power and the other half doesnt

3 when i use a piece of cable to bring power to the driver side door lock switch it opens the door you hear all the doors open and when i placed the cable on the close side of the switch they all closes so thats out of the equation as the door actuators function.

4 all fuses are good as far as what were missing and blown ive replaced.

thats the only issue i am having the auto locks

please if someone could render some assistance that would be highly appreciated

If we take one thing at a time, when you go to check the fuses ,some do not have power until the key switch is turned on then you might find they could be OK.

I am not sure exactly what you mean by "Auto locks".
Do you mean they don't work when you work the switch or could you mean they don't lock after you reach a certain speed or they don't respond from a remote key fob.
Can you help us out here?
