Default 2001 Ford F250 rough idle after new head gasket

Truck is a 2001 F250 XLT V10 6.8

I blew a spark plug on cylinder 9 and repairs didn't go as planned and we had to remove the head. After we put it together it now has a rough idle and throwing codes P1309(Misfire Detection Monitor Not enabled ) and then P0360(ignition Coil J Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction) after we replaced all the coils. The truck ran really good for a few days then started having some issues and showing the P1309. I replaced all the spark plugs as well. We then replace the camshaft positioning sensor.

The truck sound like it has a vacuum leak but I around the throttle body but it could just be a normal intake noise. Is the intake loud near the TB?

Any help/ input would be appreciated.
