Fuel heater is on the #116-30amp ignition fuse as well..

See why we were looking st that fuse (#64/116) 30 amp it carries quite a few relays and systems control.
Most times when the fuel heater shorts (was much more of a problem with early PSDs) it blows the ignition fuse/116.
If the fuel heater shorted, it wouldn't be responsible for the #22 fuse going open..

huh that's odd. The exhaust break was rerouted to a switch mounted on the dash. The thing was going ape **** until I tightened the wires. Think that could be why 22 went?
That's exactly what a mechanic i spoke to said, that earlier years had issues. It's still acting like it has to be plugged in to start so I definitely haven't resolved all the issues so I'm sure I will keep asking questions thanks for all of your help I greatly appreciate it

I meant to say that about the heater bowl being an issue on earlier models.
I ordered a ICP SENSOR, there's oil on the back of the plug. Could that be the reason it won't start unless plugged in.

Thanks for all the help, u rock.
