Default 2002 F350 door locks won't go into programming mode

I have tried the 8 times cycle with the ignition key many times. With all doors shut and electronically locked, with drivers door open, with drives door manually locked. Can not get the door locks to cycle entering programming mode.
Is the a fuse or relay that may be bad??

You may need a capable scan tool to accomplish this.

The system worked prior to ?

Doors are to be 'unlocked' prior to programming using the door panel switch to unlock.
Be sure you cycle the key On/Off 8 times ( remaining On within the "8th cycle" ) in 10 seconds time.
Make sure not to apply any brakes during programming.
