Default 2003 Ford F-250 5.4 131,000 miles warms up and bogs down

Hello I have a 2003 Ford F-250 5.4 131,000 miles has new motorcraft plugs and three new coils once warmed up and driving about 15 minutes it is bogging down fixed cat issue did plugs and the coils but still same issue my readings are
RPM-732
IAT-14
IGN ADV-9.0
LT FTRM1-25.0
LT FTRM2: -23.4
Maf(gr/s)—6.92
o2s11-0.325
o2s12-0.0

Need the rest of the data stream info like STFT both banks , coolant temp etc.

Can you post the data when the engine is at 2000 RPM ?

STFT is -7 on both
temp was 189

Would like to see all the info, but for now, I would look for why the system is attempting to reduce fuel injection time.

I don't know where you are located but I am suspicious as to why your IAT is showing minus 14 or even + 14 degrees? Either case it is worth investigating.Also I can't tell but are your long term fuel trims negative or positive? Get rid of the dashes with your readings unless they are actually negative going.
