I have a 2004 f350 sd with a 6.0 powerstroke, with 150,000 miles stock engine. The problem I have is after engine gets to operating temp when about 2000 rpm engine starts barking and popping back through intake, 2000 rpm or less when this takes place, Has been on a snapon solaris scanner, showing no dtcs. Egr is unplugged but no delete, has all new injectors and new fuel tank and been serviced in last 3000 miles. Have checked wiring harness and even ohmed out. Yesterday I unplugged connector to the throttle body butterfly motor now truck is back like it should be. So have any of yall ran into this before.
