hi i have a 2004 6.0 with a no start problem replaced cam and crank sensors , i have 1100 psi of high pressure oil, 50psi of fuel and 150 rpms on scan tool even replaced idm after ford recomened it they were even stumped please help

 

I am having what sounds to be the same issue. My 04 f250 6.0 diesel starts great in the morning or first time I use it for the day, but after it warms up and i go to park it and turn it off, it will crank alot before finally starting, and sometimes i have to turn the truck off and re crank it again before it finally starts, but then sometimes it starts righth up after its been warmed up, I went to the dealer and spoke to the master tech, he told me its more than likely an injector leak, of high pressure leak, and the engine is not producing enough pressure to start the engine. God I hope its something else that wont be so expensive. But whats weird is that its sporatic, does it when it wants to.

 

sounds like the FICM is shot
