Drove van this morning, parked vehicles for a couple of hours. Came back out tried to crank and Van will not even turnover. Check Battery it.s fine. Tried to jump from another vehicle still no turnover at all. Any Ideas??

Might try and jump the starter connections and see if its just the starter..

 

You could always try this,
If the starter solenoid clicks give the starter a rap with a hammer . Sometimes a brush will hang up and not make a good connection and a reasonable rap with a hammer will help the brush move and make contact.
