I got a 2005 f350 6.0 i can control all the windows with the drivers window switch but cannot roll down each window on there own switch..and i have ruled out its not a instrument cluster issue... haven't dug to much into it because i am in control but gets annoying after a while having to do it for my passengers

 

It sounds like a part of the circuitry has an open in it. A common place to check is the wiring at the drivers door hinge area. The constant flexing there can cause a wire to separate and drive us buggy. It is a tedious job , but as good a place to start as any.
