2006 Ford F250 -- Cigarette lighter and power point won't work

I have checked the fuses and they are good. Anyone have any suggestions?

Before offering any kind of suggestion , can we ask if you checked the fuses visually or with a test lite or meter. Some fuses can appear OK, but still be N/G.

I checked with a test light(both sides, line and load).

Both in the CJB

Power Point F2.4. 20amp
Cig. F2.12. 20amp
These were the fuses checked?
