Hi everyone. cam shaft bank one number 3 piston. The center lobe is worn and has a grove the from roller follower bout 1/16th" deep Am currently working a job that requires my truck. My question is can I change out that bad follower and drive 150 miles even though the lobe on camshaft is shows wear without doing more damage. The 150 miles is my next job location and starts Monday.
What all intels a camshaft change. Would also like to upgrade if u will the oil pump, can and springs. What else I don't know any suggestions would be great. Thank.
