Last night my alarm goes off, first thought was someone snooping around because I was hooked up to my work trailer. I used the door code to unlock the truck and the alarm stopped and I checked around the truck and all was good except for the driver side rear passenger door. It was not shut all the way and I figured it was from my doing, but when I closed everything and locked the truck I waited for the lights to shut off. Turns out all the lights went out except for the 2 dome lights on the inside and the center light above the back window. I repeated the same process with same results. All lights would shut off except for the same 3. At this point it was 3 in the morning and I couldn't deal with it anymore. When I come out this morning the same lights are on and all the lights on the trailer and car turn on when I open the door. I tried to crank the motor and nothing. Every light on the dashboard turns on except the engine coil light and has zero crank. Tried to jump the truck but does nothing, tried running diagnostic on it but the reader is not connecting. Checked some of the fuses but haven't found anything. Disconnected the battery and reconnected with no change. I was told my trucks alarm went off last week when I was out of town but did not have any problems with it when I got back. Has anyone ever had an issue like this?

 

Is there a loose ground strap (other than the battery one(s) that you can find. Maybe between the frame and engine?
