Default 2011 F-350 Dually MPG and Sync issues

hey guys, got an 11 f-350 4x4 dually that has been deleted and straight piped. Does anyone have an estimated mpg they are getting or should get? regular driving with no load is 14. Pulling the 16k lb 5th-wheel is around 9.5. Is this decent?
Also, in first gear it feels like it is struggling to get moving but as soon as it shifts to 2nd it takes off like a rocket. is this normal?
Last, as soon as the free trial of Sirius ended so did the ability to sync the phones and the av jack stopped working. Dealer said it needed a new "mother board" for the lync system $1,000. any suggestions would greatly help.

Marion Holland US Army Retired long time ago, Have a 2012 F350 dRW 4x2 57000 plus miles, deleted and straight piped, no Egr delete, tow 16000 + 5th wheel, I drive conservative and obey speed laws( yes like an ole man LOL)
16000 miles since last fuel mileage reset, 3000 miles towing in Texas and Co.16.9 Mpg average.
Local Houston area , no tow in town and road trip 18.6 Mpg, I also use diesel fuel treatment and Synthetic oil.
I do get 22.4 Mpg on a short 200 miles Freeway trip.
Hope this helps.

Ps, how you tow and drive makes a lot of difference in goo Mpg.
