I recently purchased a 2012 F250 with a 6.2L V8. I wanted to do some mods to it and started with an air intake and Flowmaster Exhaust. I have owned other trucks with exhaust systems and when i got this truck back from the garage i was expecting it to be MUCH louder then it is. After crawling under the truck and looking at what was done i saw what appeared to be a stock muffler in front of the new flowmaster muffler. So my questions to you guys are as follows.

Do these trucks come stock with two mufflers??

Can i just cut this other "muffler" out and straight pipe it into the new Flowmaster muffler?

Should i straight pipe it into one muffler or buy another Flowmaster muffler and use two?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated Thank you
