What would be the cheapest and best way to make a 302 w/ 2bbl sound good?
also what kind of front end ajusting would i have to do if i wanted to lower an 84 f150?

 

The cheapest way to change the sound would be to replace the muffler with a glass pack. This is around $20-$30. If you do some research, you can find some good after market cat back systems that won't be too expensive, and will sound pretty good.

 

Get drop spindles if offered this will make alignment almost a non issue. Also for sound you should get headers. Headers will offer you a performance advantage as well as give the truck a much better sound even through current exhaust.
