When our air conditioner stopped blowing it was making a very loud noise. The only cold air was with your hand right at the vents. We took our truck in a few days ago. They added Freon and changed the blower motor. $230 later it makes less noise but it is not blowing! What else could it be?
very frustrated. We just can’t pay people for not doing their job.

 

When you say you took it in for repair.
Without naming names, was it to a dealership or a private shop?
The reason I ask is some shops are not always up to par with the latest info.

 

Is it blowing out of defroster vent on top or somewhere it shouldn't be? Not sure about the 2013 year, but on my 2004, there is a vacuum pump on the drivers side fender wall and if that stops working all the AC is directed to the defroster vents on the dash.
