Default 2015 F-250 4x4 camper battery charging

I have a 2015 f250 Super Duty 4x4. I have been reading that I may need to install a fuse and relay to get the truck to charge may camper battery while driving. I am trying to get more info on this including which locations in the power distribution box to use and what needs to go in there.
Any info would be appreciated

Thumbs up

Welcome to the site..

Power distribution for the Trailer/ Battery Charge comes out of the trucks Trailer Tow Module on out to the 7 way trailer connector. There's a couple fuses for the modules circuit protection but should be pre installed. Have you checked at the camper/trailer connector for an active charge there? 'Wide frame' (pickups) should be trailer ready.
