78 f250 lift kita

hey i got a 78 f250 and i wanna lift it big, like 9-12 inches, anyone done this? im lookin for some tips on how to go about doin this? thanks

Well just a friendly heads up is theres all kinds of kits out there for your truck. None of them will come with everything you need, like steering ect...

Ya I've found a bunch of kits but none bigger than a 6 inch. I'm wonderin if ill just have to make my own (bigger leaf springs, blocks, etc)
