have issue with batteries drained during the running prosses seems to be glow plug relay is not turning glow plug off or down and have replaced alt regulator all fuse links starter checked all fuses in all areas replaced power plus ground wires and ran all mult meter tests and test light test can think off can anyone HELP!!!!!!!
