Default 93 F250 5.8 Hot Start Problems

Bought a 93 F250 5.8 AT AC PS PB, from a local state park. 120K miles. Cranks and runs OK, drives OK, but once it is warmed up if you turn it off or stall out, it is very hard to re-crank. It will crank if floored, but won't idle, just dies if you take foot off gas, or try to put in gear. Replaced TPS and IAC valve with new. When cranked cold, once engine goes to low idle it "surges" in RPM, up and down, every few seconds, even though temp gauge in normal range. No CEL. Flashed codes, got 116 and 111.

Any special adjustment needed for TPS when replaced (on the "bottom" of the throttle body)?

Thanks for any advice.

First I would try to reset the computer by unhooking the hot wire from the battery if that doesnt work it sounds like the timing chain might be a little bit worn so try to turn the distrubutor a little bit and see if that works let the truck warm up before turning the distubutor so u can see if it starts easier im not sure which way to turn it so make sure u mark it so u know where it was just in case this isnt the problem

Turned out to be the ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature sensor)- mine was reading 100K ohms, should have been about 40 -50K, and decreased as engine warmed up. Mine went to 600K when engine was warm. This tells the computer to dump extra fuel, becuase it must be -50 degrees outside. And the engine floods out, would not restart until cooled off. If I pulled the cable off the bad ECT sensor, it would crank when hot.
