I was willed this truck and just discovered that the 4x4 isn't working. The fro t driveshaft spins and the front axles spin but with hubs in lock position nothing is happening.

I popped the cap off the driver's side hub, looks good inside, no rust or obvious broken parts. I haven't tore into a front hub in over 20 yrs.

What should I be looking for?
