97 into 99 engine swap

97 into 99 engine swap
Hey guys thanks for adding me to the club.
Bought my 97 250 for a steal and have loved it vere since.
Problem I am having is its getting old, rusty and I thinks its time has come. I found a 99 250 4x4 with a blown 5.4 gaser in it. My 97 is the lighter duty rear drive with the 5.4 gaser in it.
now my question is, if any of you know, will the 5.4 from the 97 rwd bolt into the 99 4x4?
