Default 97 F150 Brake System Conversion

Is it possible to take a complete disk brake set up off of a 99 F150 and put it on a 97 F150?

This would include the calipers/pads and rotors. (front & rear)

Will my old lines from the 97 work, or do I need the lines from the 99? (steel linesfrom axle to caliper)

Do I need to take the proportioning valve from the 99 or will the current one work?

Do I need to also take the p/b cable assembliy as well and put it on mine?

It looks like it'll all covert over.

Thanks

If possible , check with a Ford Dealership parts dept and maybe some 97's came with discs on the rear as an option. If so a lot of the guesswork would be eliminated.
It's worth a shot, what do you think?
