im in the market for a f-250. ive always liked the older models better, the newer ones are nice yeah but the older body styles attract me more. besides, i dont need all the fancy bells and whistles that come with the newer ones. i need some advice on a truck i found. its a 99 f-250 2WD 2 door with the half doors with 100,037k miles. its going for 11,995. its got the 7.3 Lt. diesel, automatic. interior and exterior look clean, expected though if it just turned 100k miles. it seems good, any advice?

 

The truck appears well maintained, but only a thorough check can be reliable.
The miles on that engine ,if maintained well, are maybe approaching the halfway mark.
Good solid engine, good reputation.
