If it is a rod brg, you can unplug the injector for each cyl and if the knock diminishes with the injector unplugged , there is a good chance that cyl could have the problem.

I unplugged each cop individually with no change.
Im pulling the motor and when i have it out im doing a compression check.if all cylinders are good ill just put a crank kit in it.if there low ill completely rebuild it.

By the way is this a pi engine.i get mixed signals. Some say f250s didnt have pi engines. Some say they started in 99.i know 99 f150s had them

If a main bearing is bad will it still have good oil pressure cause cold and normal temp pressure was still good

What oil pressure you get when warm/hot is what matters.
Sometimes what sounds like an engine knock can be coming from some other source.
Loose converter bolts can produce what sounds like an engine knock , so you have to pin down just where it is loudest. What kind of compression readings did you get?

It was about 3/4 up on the gauge cool and only dropped very little when warm.
All converter bolts were tight.
I only have 2 trans bolts and motor mounts to undue and the motor will be pulled.. was told that its more possible that the flexplate is cracked..ill soon find out and post my findings

Took the motor back out cause had the same knock. Found one of the rod bearings spun.so having the crank turned and that one rod resized.
Few questions:
How to i check the piston pins to make sure there still good?
When i buy new rod bolts if i get arp is there anything special that needs to be done to install them?
Where is the cheapest place to get oem main and rod bolts? (Modmax?)
