Default 99 f250 powerstroke no power
I have a 99 powerstroke and it cranks and runs fine but I don’t have much power. I can stomp it and it revs going down the road but it don’t take off. Changed the fuel filter and also has a new gas pedal. Any ideas

Did anybody check the turbo wastegate for hanging open ?
