Default Ball Joints

I have 2002 F250 super duty V 10 I was talking to a person about the ball joints in these 250's and he said that I will need to change the ball joints at around 75000 miles, sso any of you floks have any information on the ball joints in the super duts????????

your mileage has nothing to do with i ve changed some at as low as 30 000 but i have to say they are much stonger than on the f150 that is why they switched to a new design for 04 f150

small garages change them when there is slack in them but at dealers they have to be measured with a dial indicator the limit is 60 thousands of an inch.a little slack is ok
