Brake conversion question

Default Brake conversion question
I have a 95 F350 with the 7.3 and I have been looking to convert the rear drums into discs but have had no luck finding a kit. I was just hoping perhaps someone from this site knows of a company that makes the conversion and if anyone has said conversion. Thanks in advance as always.
