Default Braking system problem

I have a 2005 F-350. My parking brake light is constantly iluminated also for the first 60 seconds of driving a beeping alarm sounds in the cab. After 60 seconds the alarm quits, but the light stay lit. After coming to a stop, then starting again the beeping alarm starts again for another 60 seconds. The was one error on my dash when the brake light first came on. It was a TBC Fault. It has not came up since. around the same time my signals stopped working. Would they be linked somehow? Any ideas?

Did you look under the dash at the parking brake pedal area and see if the switch is sticking in the applied position? The way some of the vehicles are controlled , they could be related, but, for now check all the fuses also.
