Ford F-250 & Ford F-350The heavier duty full sized trucks from Ford, offering bigger, more powerful engines and drivetrains for the abuse they may go through in the workplace.
So I Have been a Chevrolet Silverado owner for over 30+ years. Father-in-law was GM retired so always got GM discount. I run his account and he can give out 5 per year. I have really never had any issues with GM vehicles, never been stranded, never hit with any failure or crazy stuff. Every 2 years my wife and I have leased or rotation on new vehicles so bought at least over a dozen.
I am at a point I am hating my 2019 Silverado 6.6L Diesel. This NOX engine code issues, and just low power comparisons to my buddies F250 or F350 are a joke. I never really realized Ford is just superior.
No wonder you see private transportation guys on Over the cab trailers pulling nearly 35,000 lbs. Because they can. Same equipment on GM isn't even over the 24,000.
So that being said I am considering a Ford for the first time. But in My area they are getting over MSRP unless I can get a Supplier A or Z code.
I have done my research on the internet and I have no one that works for Ford. Just GM....
Any brothers or sisters able to get me into a Ford F350 I can afford?
Right now it looks like all trucks are commanding a premium because of supply. And with interest rates what they are, many folks aren't selling or again want top dollar.
It's hard to beat a SD, mine has towed 'heavy' and is a beast at pulling. Can't help you with a discount, but with interest rates high and a slumping economy,, if dealers get more stock, they'll get hungry and realistic.. Other than family/employees of FMC, I don't think I've ever heard of any code/discounts offered other than to relatives etc.
