Default Choosing the Right Torque Converter ?

Hi gents,
I have a 1997 F350 460 4x4 with an E4od. I just picked up a used transmission for my truck since I couldn't afford to rebuild mine after losing a few gears.
This new trans has 112k miles on it, im just going to run it as is until I can afford to rebuild the original one.

Now my question is, the new(used) transmission came with its oem torque converter.
Should I use it?
Or if I replace it what should I replace it with?

I won't be doing any heavy hauling, single car trailer from time to time, utility trailer to move my music gear. Pretty much the most I'll be hauling is 2500lbs.
I'm not trying to buy some badass torque converter since I plan on driving this truck as is till the motor goes south (currently at 220k miles) and then swap in a cummins with zf5.
thus im curious if I should use what I have or get a replacement 🤔
Let me know your thoughts.

Thank you gentlemen
