Default Clutch Hydraulic Line

My 1988 F-250 has been parked for over 2years due to a broken clutch hydraulic line. This is the plastic pipe that carries hydraulic fluid from the master clutch cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder. I have checked with many dealers, but they don't seem to have it. Grateful if I can get this part even though from a junkyard dealer. Thanks folks.

"...and should be really easy to install"

That really is the hard part as I haven't done this before. I eventually took delivery of the hydraulic clutch line. I already had a new clutch slave cylinder. Now how do I connect the hydraulic line to the slave cylinder and the master clutch cylinder. The terminals of the hydraulic line are not threaded as most pipe connections I know of. Please any assistance will be useful. Thanks.
