Default Confused

I installed a radio in my 2003 F250
Before I was finished with it I blowed a fuse & had no tail lights & no dash lightsl
In the process of changing the fuse I don't know what I did but now my truck won't do anything
it doesn't start doesn't even try to turn over

Welcome to the site..
What exact fuse blew? Aftermarket radio?
There’s 3 fuses for power distribution for the radio. Did you use these circuits/fuse protections, or did you tie into something else? Make sure to check all the fuses if so..
By ‘doesn’t start’ or turn over,, your meaning is it won’t crank the engine over, correct?
