Lightbulb coolant crossover

Hello so I've recently discovered a coolant leak in my truck , and when I say leak I mean leak! I've come to find out that it's the coolant crossover tube gasket has let go on me. I have what I believe is all the bolts out only to discover there is one more on the drivers side! I remove that bolt and now I have the drivers side loose and can move it , yet the passenger's side will not come free! It appears I have all the bolts and it doesn't appear to be hitting anything, yet it seems there's another bolt somewhere just the way the components act. Does anyone have some input on this issue? Am I missing something somewhere? Now before we go crazy with ideas there is one last small bolt that does hold the tube to the plastic piece underneath but it's upside down like the others but there's no damn way to get to it! I even tried using a grinder and putting slit across the top and using a screwdriver but won't budge! I'm open to ideas(that work) because I was there until 2AM the other night trying to figure it out!! I own a 2004 f250 with a 5.4 V8 Triton motor.
