Default Dash Clicking

Hi, I give up trying to figure this out on my own....

I own a 1998 F-250...few months back the car began making a rattling sound, like a clicking noise under the dash. The noise was constant at first, if the car was in motion it did not matter what speed you heard the noise.....I took the car apart, dash, everything...could not figure it out....finally I turned the wipers on while in motion and the noise would stop.....the trick however does not work anymore....

I was at the car wash and the blower cause the car to make the clicking sound and the car was in neutral, so its probably caused when wind hits something near the windshield or under the dash.

I have taken apart the dash, i have taken apart the wiper blade system except for removing the motor...

I can't figure it out and its going to make me nuts......

Anyone know what can be causing a clicking sound when hit by the wind...or when car is in motion and stops once I exceed 40 mph......

Please??
