On my 2018 F350 Lariat the Information screen changes after I hook my fifth wheel camper. When I hook to the camper the screen automatically changes to the tow screen which is good. When I unhook and start the truck the information screen defaults back to the towing screen rather than the "gauage veiw" which is my everyday preference and has always displayed on start up. I have messed around with the different settings but nothing seems to work. I seem to remember this has happened before and I corrected it. But as old age sets in I cant remember the fix. Any help out there ? Thanks

I get no joy telling you this, As we get older it just gets worse, sometimes that is good.

Go into the trailer settings, and delete the current trailer...

 

Ok I found out.
Go towing settings and click No active trailer
