Default Deleting DEF

Hey Guy's a friend ask me if you can Delete DEF on the 2022s and if anybody knows yet the 23s. He had it done on his 2017 F-250 and wants to know if he still can. I told him it will void his warranty but he wants to do it after the warranty ends.

Nice guy wanting to increase the air pollution from his diesel engine. MIght as well set his old tires on fire while he is at it and dump his weekly trash in his neighbors' yards.

Part of the price of living in a civil society is that we restrict our behavior so as not to cause harm to others. Hospital emergency admissions for asthma costs taxpayers more than $8 billion each year and the people admitted are spending billions more on inhalers and it is particulates and NOx from factories and trucks that are the main culprits.

In China it is not regulated and in major cities the visibility is less than one city block. Same goes in London with its killer smog from diesel engine exhaust.

I did not want to continue to deal with the emissions controls on my diesel pickup so I sold it and bought a F-150 with a gas engine. Deleting the emissions controls is not something a good person does.
