I have a 99 Powerstroke that starts fine but runs rough and has no power when its cold. I have replaced the glow plugs and the relay and have seen a slight improvement. If I use the block warmer it runs fine. Has anyone else had this problem before or have any idea what could going on. Thanks for your input.
