Default Dual Climate controls, one working/one only heat

Just returned from a deployment of having my truck only started periodically and my a/c works on the drivers side but trying to get the passenger side to work only blows out heat. I have adjusted the temperatures not he passenger side but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what it is and what I can do or is this something for the dealer to fix? Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the temperature blend door motor. There are two, one for the driver and the order for the passenger side. Both are on the Evaporator housing.

Since I am not too familiar with that location, do you have any idea where that is located for my 2009 F250?

There are four on the evaporator housing. one for air mode inlet door, one for defrost/panel/floor/vent mode, and two temps. The temp ones for, one on top of the housing, one on the bottom. I don't know what one is right or the left.
