E-350 same as a F-350?

E-350 same as a F-350?

Besides the obvious differences in a van to a pick up are the motors that Ford uses in a E-350 the same as a F-350? I'm looking for a perfomance programer andI see lots of stuff for the F but not alot out there for the E.
