Default Electrical issues 2000 f350 7.3 L lariat

Just changed GEM module because power windows didn't work all the time...4 wheel drive acting up...Dome light and dinger wouldn't always work...all I read pointed me to the module...long story short it didn't fix the issue...what next a fuse box?...looking for help

Look for a common loose or corroded ground.

Check the driver's side under the dash . There were problems with the windshield leaking there and it caused a multitude of unexplainable problems. Usually the fuse panel and Gem module were affected. Where did you get the replacement module?
