Default Electronic Power issues with 2005 f-250 Diesel

I have been having problems lately with my truck, When I am driving my park brake light comes on and then my hole dash cluster dies. Nothing changes with the engine or driving, flashers, lights, cabin air fan all still work but I loose radio, dash cluster and power windows. It happends at different times and their is no really patern that I can see I think it might be my ignition jiggling the key and stuff doesn't really work. Before I take it to the dealership (cost me an arm and a leg) though Im ight ask on here.

thanks

Sounds like a Gem (Generic Electronic control )module Same as body control module problem.
Usually they just replace it.
